We’re a small site, we collect very little, and we’d rather tell you exactly what that is than bury it in fifteen paragraphs of legal filler. Here’s the actual picture.
What We Collect
Just one thing: your email address, and only if you sign up for our newsletter. That’s it. No tracking pixels, no hidden analytics, no data broker deals. If you don’t subscribe, we have nothing on you at all.
What We Do With It
We send you the newsletter. If you email us directly, we reply. We don’t sell, rent, or hand your email to anyone else — full stop.
Cookies and Tracking
None right now. No ad trackers, no analytics scripts. If that ever changes, we’ll update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it, rather than sneaking it in quietly.
Third-Party Tools
We use an email service provider to actually send the newsletter out. They process your email address on our behalf, solely for that purpose.
Your Rights
You can ask us what we have on you, ask us to delete it, or just unsubscribe using the link in any email we send. Whichever you prefer, get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
If You’re in the EU
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, and the right to file a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If You’re in California
Under the CCPA, you have the right to know what we collect, request its deletion, and you won’t be penalized for exercising either right. As above — it’s just your email, and only if you gave it to us.
How Long We Keep It
As long as you’re subscribed. Unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and it’s gone.
Keeping It Safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your email address, but no system online is 100% unbreakable, and we won’t pretend otherwise.
Kids
This site isn’t aimed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
If This Policy Changes
We’ll update this page and change the date at the top. No silent edits.
